» remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, restrictions and signs indicating proprietary rights;
» upload files for the application purpose of having them for use only for the Services;
» upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is adult in nature, such as any nudity in a sexual context;
» You acknowledge and agree that your failure to abide by any of the foregoing or any misrepresentation made by you herein may result in the immediate termination of any Services provided to you – with or without further notice to you, and without any refund of amounts paid on account of any such Services.

“Study in Bulgaria” evaluates online applications by international student applicants for the Bulgarian universities. The Services are protected by trademark “Study in Bulgaria”. “Study in Bulgaria” belongs to Foundation “Study in Bulgaria”. It is registered trade mark with № 010245033/ 28/02/2012 by EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).
We reserve the rights, which we may exercise at any time and in our sole discretion, and without liability or notice to you:
(a) we may change parts or all of the Services and their functionality;
(b) we may suspend or discontinue parts or all of the Services;
(c) we may terminate, suspend, restrict or disable your access to or use of parts or all of the Services;
(d) we may change our eligibility criteria to use the Services.
5. Privacy policy
Using our system requires personal details. The provided personal data is processed by Foundation “Study in Bulgaria“ for the purpose of your Application as a student in Bulgaria.
Our Privacy Policy (https://studyinbulgaria.bg/policy.html) explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Foundation processes the personal data as a controller and, if necessary and solely for the purpose of carrying out its activities, may transfer to personal data to third parties – data controllers or data processors.
6. Paid Services
SIB system evaluates online applications by international student applicants for the Bulgarian universities. Our Services are paid. All candidates should pay handling fees.
All payments are by a bank transfer.
The fees do not include bank charges and the candidate is responsible for paying the application (handling) fees.
We are unable to process your application before we receive the fee in full. If you do not pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel your application.
All fees are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your Application at any time. The effective date for the cancellation will be the date on which you declare it written.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, cancel, restrict or disable your Application at any time and without notice. For example, we may suspend or cancel your Application if you're violating these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in each applicable jurisdiction, “Study in Bulgaria”, affiliates and/or agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, including any damages resulting from (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of or in any content; (2) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information and/or other information stored therein; (3) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Services; (4) events beyond the reasonable control of us, including any internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties; and/or (5) loss of use, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use any or all of Services.

We may update Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on the website https://studyinbulgaria.bg. We encourage you to check back periodically to review these Terms for any changes since your last time. By continuing to use or access the Services after any modifications come into effect, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and price changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using the Services and cancel all applications through us.
