The Technical University of Varna (TUV) was founded with a purpose for the education of engineering staff for the shipbuilding, transport, machine building, electric power engineering, and communications.
The University has got several buildings with a total space of 67 542 square metres. All the buildings of the University are relatively new - placed in operation after 1968. The compact location of the University, the hostels, and the canteens create convenient conditions for the life and study of the students.
The University has got 3 hostels with 1450 beds and 2 canteens. Students’ hostels are located some 750 m away from the campus.
A large and modern sports complex is at the disposal of the students. Sports teams represent the Technical University of Varna in student’s competitions.
The Technical University of Varna has got open and indoor sports facilities, providing excellent conditions for sports and entertainment.
